These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Binge On Word ("the App", "we", "us" or "our"), operated by [Binge on Word] as an individual. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Binge On Word is a free mobile Bible trivia and word game where players test their knowledge of Scripture through challenges, streaks, and a leaderboard. The App is non-commercial and does not sell products or collect payments.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, trademarks, and materials in the App are owned by [Binge on Word] or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Binge on Word] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which is zero).
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at bingeonword@gmail.com. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, under the laws of South Africa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the App and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
